
Ok, so, 'British Folk Part One' is very nearly finished. BFP1 is part of a trilogy of books that Im doing on British folk. The book looks at the darker and more surreal side of folk events and customs in Britain. BFP1 consists purely of photographs in a 32page, perfect bound, litho printed on Muncken Lynx paper with a hand bound ribbon spine. Its designed by
Ben Freeman, of
Ditto Press and the back illustration is by
Roisin Dunne. The book is a limited edition of 250 copies.
There will be a book launch at the end of the month, details are to follow shortly. So far the book will be stocked at
Motto Books in Berlin, The
KK Outlet and
Concrete Hermit in London, and the
Inventory shop in Vancouver, Canada. More shops are to be confirmed. The book will also be available to order online on
my website by the end of the month.
